Performance plans moved to a Closed status and never been signed or released to a Reviewing Official can be permanently deleted from the system for an employee if a plan was erroneously created or there are mistakes within the templates’ standards and elements.
- Open the user’s performance plan.
Ensure the plan status is updated to Closed and click Save from the plan navigation bar. Click Yes, Change Status, to confirm action.
The option to permanently delete will appear. To delete a closed plan that meets the requirements indicated above, click Permanently Delete Plan.
Click Yes, Permanently Delete this Plan to confirm plan deletion.
