Bypass Progress Reviews to advance to Rating Phase

Performance plans automatically advance to the rating phase after the final signature in the progress review. However, administrators may bypass the progress review(s). Administrators can reverse the action to Bypass Progress Review for Non-SES plans only.

1. Open the performance plan.
2. Use the plan navigation bar to click Progress Review or navigate to Part 2: Progress Review.

3. Click Bypass Progress Review (#).

   

4. Click Yes, Bypass Progress Review (#) to confirm the action.

   

To reverse the bypass

1. Click Return To Progress Review (#) to reverse the bypass and return the plan to the progress review phase.

   

2. Click Yes, Return To Progress Review (#) to confirm your action.

   

3. The desired progress review will now be available.
