Users can have multiple performance plans in one or more rating cycles. The multiple plans feature works in tandem with the rating cycle groups and plan status features to allow users to reflect details, changes in performance plans, or any other related practices that may occur during the rating cycle. To keep with best practices, a user can only have one active plan per rating cycle group at any given time.
To create a new plan, all other plans assigned to the individual should be in an On Hold, Complete, or Closed status. If the Performance Plans tab does not prompt for a new plan to be created, a new plan can be initiated from the user’s profile.
- Click Admin.
Click Manage Users under Users & Permissions.
Select the user from the Name column.
The Personal Information tab will open.
- Navigate and click Performance Plans. The tab will open
Click Create New Plan under Plan Information.
Use the Rating Cycle Group and Template drop downs to select the rating cycle group and template. Click Create New Evaluation. The employee plan will populate.
