Administrators may advance performance plans to the rating phase after the final signatures are applied for all required progress reviews. If necessary, administrators may bypass the progress review(s) to move the plan to the rating phase without required signatures but cannot undo this action.
- From the Dashboard, navigate to Performance Plans, select SES from the Plan Type dropdown menu, search for the user by name and open their plan.
Click Progress Reviews or navigate to Part 2: Quarterly Progress Review.
Click Yes to confirm the action.
