Agency policy will dictate whether Executive accomplishment narratives are optional or required. Administrators can edit and/or forward accomplishment narratives to the rating official or recall narratives as necessary.
- Open the performance plan.
Click Narratives on the navigation bar or navigate to Part 7. Executive Accomplishment Narrative.
Copy and paste using Ctrl C and Ctrl V or type directly in the narrative box as applicable and click Save.
- To release the executive narrative to the rating official, click Send to Rating Official.
Click Yes or No to confirm the action.
- You will receive a confirmation message and the Enable Edit and Re-release checkbox under Part 7 will appear.
Check Enable Edit and Re-release to recall the narratives for editing and re-release as applicable. Click Yes, to confirm the action.
