Performance plans can be initiated by executives, rating officials or administrators through the task links or directly from the Performance Plans tab. The Performance Plans tab will only populate employees that have been assigned to a rating cycle group and template after the plan type is selected and generated.
- From the Dashboard, click Performance Plans.
- Select SES from the Plan Type drop-down. Click View Plans.
Under the Phase column, click Create Plan next to the Executive’s name.
Click Yes, Create Plan to confirm the action.
The performance plan will populate.
- If the new plan is for an executive who had a plan the previous rating cycle, the administrator will see a prompt to import the previous plan information.
Click Yes to copy the Critical Element 5 (CE5) performance requirements from the executive’s most recent plan. This includes:
- CE5 Performance Requirement Text
- CE5 PR Alignments
- CE5 PR Page numbers (if any)
- CE5 PR weights (if any)
Click No if system settings have been updated.
- The performance plan will populate.
