User Profile Updates
When a user’s profile is updated, the administrator can automatically update the associated plan without removing or invalidating existing signatures. This keeps all signed documents valid and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
- Click Admin.
- Click Manage Users under Users & Permissions.
Select the user from the Name column.
- The Personal Information tab will open. Click Performance Plans.
- Make any necessary revisions to the user data. Click Save.
To populate the changes on a plan that is active or on hold, click Update Plan next to the plan. This option will only appear after signatures have been applied to the consultation phase of the plan.
Please confirm action. Click Yes, Update, or No, Don’t Update.
- You will receive a confirmation message.
Plan Purpose
Administrators may update the Plan Purpose field on active plans on Part 1. Consultation.
- Open the performance plan.
- Use the Plan Purpose drop down to select the new plan purpose.
Click Save.
Appraisal Period (Pd.)
Administrators may update the Appraisal Pd. dates on plans in an Active, On Hold or Under Review plan status.
- Open the performance plan.
Use the Appraisal Pd. calendar selection to select the new dates. Click Save.
- Administrators may adjust the Appraisal Pd. dates values to less than 90 days on plans with a WGI, Interim, Detail, or Separation plan purpose.
