The User Report serves as a overview report, delivering comprehensive employee details for both active and inactive users, filtered by their respective organizations. Administrators generate the User Report to access vital employee information across various populations, including Senior Executives (SES), Non-Senior Executives (Non-SES), and Senior Professionals (SP). This report is essential for administrators aiming to track and monitor user accounts and activity in USA Performance.

Employee Details: Access critical information about employees, including both active and inactive users.
User Profile Fields: View detailed user profiles to understand individual attributes and roles.
Login Information: Monitor user login data to ensure system access and security.

Rating/Reviewing Officials: Obtain information on officials responsible for employee evaluations.
Organizational Assignments: Discover details about users' assigned organizations, ensuring clarity in reporting structures.
Templates and Rating Cycle Groups: Review assigned templates and rating cycle groups to streamline performance evaluations.
Generate the User Certification Report
- Click Reports.
Click User Report.
The Employee Information Report will display. From the Organization drop-down menu, select the Organization.
If you want to display inactive employees, select the Inactive Employees checkbox.
Click Generate Report.
The Generated Report Results display below. From under the View File column, the status will appear. Once the file is available, click the *CSV file for download.
