The Reports page provides standard reports and links to interactive Power BI dashboards, enabling authorized administrators and rating officials to analyze, filter, and export performance data, monitor trends, and track compliance in real time.
To access this page, click Reports on the Dashboard, the page will display the following sections and various reports:
- Evaluation Reports
- Performance Plans Progress Report: Monitors SES and Non-SES performance plans throughout the cycle, providing authorized administrators, rating officials, and reviewing officials with detailed insights. Displays employee data, plan phase, status, key dates, organizational information, user status, and rating and reviewing official details, supporting thorough oversight and effective plan management.
- Admin Reports
- SES Rating Distribution Report: Provides administrators with critical element and summary rating data for Senior Executive Service (SES) employees. Displays rating distribution across completed plans within the agency or authorized organization, supporting performance analysis and compliance tracking for executive-level staff.
- Non-SES Rating Distribution Report: Delivers performance element and summary rating data for Non-Senior Executive Service (Non-SES) employees. Shows rating distribution across completed plans within the agency or authorized organization, enabling administrators to monitor and evaluate performance trends for the broader workforce.
- User Certification Report: Available to agency-level administrators, this report lists all active USA Performance users and flags inactive accounts (admins inactive ≥90 days, non-admins inactive ≥200 days) for deactivation to mitigate security and privacy risks.
- eOPF Submission Status Report: Enables administrators to verify the status of appraisal submissions to the electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF). Identifies whether submissions were successful, unsuccessful, or require resubmission, ensuring accurate and complete appraisal recordkeeping.
- User Report: Provides administrators with a comprehensive overview of active and inactive USA Performance users, filtered by organization. Includes key details for SES, Non-SES, and SP populations, enabling effective tracking and monitoring of user accounts and activity.
- Power BI Reports
Power BI Service (All Reports): The Power BI Service links to the USA Performance® Management App, which contains five reports: SES Plan Activity & Progress Report (PAPR), Non-SES Plan Activity & Progress Report (PAPR), Administrative Profile Report, eOPF Submission Status Report, and Performance Review Board (PRB) Report. It also links to the Ratings App, which includes two reports: USAP Ratings – SES and USAP Ratings – Non-SES.
