An administrator can unlock any user’s account from their user profile. This assists in cases where a user has unsuccessfully attempted to log in too many times.
- Click Admin.
- Click Manage Users.
Select the user to unlock from the Name column.
- The Personal Information tab will open. If a user was selected in error, select Manage Users tab to navigate back to the user list.
Click Unlock Account. Once the user’s account is unlocked, they will receive an email stating their account is unlocked with the system’s link to access.
