Inactive users will not be able to log into the system and cannot act as proxies. Inactive users will still appear on the Performance Plans Progress Report.
Deactivating a rating official or a reviewing official will require assigning a new rating official or reviewing official to the employee(s) they formally rated or reviewed.
- Click Admin.
Click Manage Users under Users & Permissions.
Select the user to be deactivated from the Name column.
- The Personal Information tab will open. If a name was selected in error, click Manage Users to return to the previous page.
Click Deactivate. You will receive a confirmation message. If you need to cancel, click No, Cancel.
Reverse the deactivate action
To reactive the same user, remain on the Personal Information tab. Click Activate. You will receive a confirmation message.
