Enable PIV Override

Administrators can enable PIV override to allow Login.Gov access and sign-in. 

1. Click Admin.

2. Click Manage Users under Users & Permissions.

   

3. Select the user to be deactivated from the Name column.

   

4. The Personal Information tab will open. If a name was selected in error, click Manage Users to return to the previous page.

5. Click Enable PIV Override. 

   

6. You will receive a confirmation message. Click Yes, Override. If you need to cancel, click No, Cancel.

   

7. You will receive a confirmation message.
