Remove PIV Registration

Administrators can remove PIV registration when users receive a new PIV card, or when user’s certificates are updated for existing their PIV card. 

1. Click Admin.

2. Click Manage Users under Users & Permissions.

   

3. Select the user to remove PIV Registration from the Name column.

   

4. The Personal Information tab will open. If a name was selected in error, click Manage Users to return to the previous page.

5. Click Remove PIV Registration.

   

6. Click Yes, Remove or No, Cancel to confirm removal of PIV registration.

   

7. A confirmation message will appear.
