A Mass Email Notification is system-generated email sent to many users at once based on organization and/or role. This tab displays all system-wide or targeted email messages sent to users.
Here are the field and page control definition for the Mass Email Notifications tab in USA Performance:
Filters & Page Controls
Create Mass Email Notification (Button) - Used to compose and send a new mass email.
Emails Search (Field & Button) - Searches existing mass emails by subject, organization or any of the data in the column fields.
Reset (Button) - Clears the search and resets the list.
Sorting - Each column header shows up/down arrows (↑↓), indicating the table can be sorted by that column.
Pagination Controls - Navigate through multiple pages of users (e.g. (First (<<), Previous (<), Next (>), Last (>>))
Display Records Dropdown - Controls how many emails are displayed per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50).
Column Definitions
Subject - Clickable title of the email notification. Opens the details of that mass email.
Created By - Name of the user who created the email. Includes the creator’s email address.
Sent - Date and time the email was sent. Time zone shown (ET – Eastern Time).
Organizations - Organization(s) that received the email.
Roles - User role(s) targeted by the email. (e.g. All Users, Rating Official).
Status - Current state of the email (e.g. Sent/Pending).
