Performance Appraisals for Senior Professional (SP)

This permission allows administrators to create, view, and edit SP performance appraisals for their assigned organization and subordinate organizations. Senior Professionals positions are high-level federal roles for individuals with exceptional expertise who provide advanced technical or professional leadership without serving in executive management, classified under the ST, SL, and SQ pay plans.
