Bypass Progress Review Signature

Administrators have the flexibility to bypass the Progress Review Signature for each of the four required progress review signatures if there are no signatures applied by the Rating Official or Senior Professional.

1. Open the performance plan.  
2. Please navigate to the navigation menu located on the left-hand side. Select Review & Sign under the Progress Review phase.
3. The plan will open. Scroll to Part 2. Progress Review. There are 4 Quarterly Progress Reviews. Depending on if the professional and rating official hasn't signed in each quarterly progress review, the administrator has the option to bypass the progress review for each quarter. 

4. Click Bypass Progress Review [Number] Signatures.

   

5. Confirm the action to bypass signatures. Click Yes, Bypass Progress Review [Number] Signatures.

   

6. The bypass signature will display in the signature block.
