The Progress Review & Rating Settings page allows administrators to configure how SES performance plans are reviewed, approved, and rated throughout the performance cycle. On this page, administrators define optional plan fields, the number and approval requirements of progress reviews, and whether reviewing official signatures are required during review and rating phases. These settings ensure that SES performance management processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with agency governance and oversight requirements before templates are finalized and used.
