Manage Rating Cycle Group

Administrators can update the rating cycle group name, start and end dates, the first available start date, or deactivate the Rating Cycle Group.

1. Click Admin.
2. Click Manage Rating Cycle Groups under System Configuration.
3. The Rating Cycle Group page will open.

4. Select a rating cycle group to edit from the Name column.  

   

5. Updates to the Group Name, Start Date, End Date or the First Available Date can occur at any time.  The Rating Cycle Group can be deactivated by removing the check for Active only if there are no active plans or users currently assigned to this rating cycle group.

6. Click Save.
