Manage Existing Strategic Goals

Search for a Strategic Goal

1. Click Admin.

   

2. Click Manage Strategic Goals under Other Performance Configuration.
3. The Manage Strategic Goals tab will open. 

4. To search for inactive strategic goals, click Display Inactive Strategic Goals. Once inactive strategic goals are displayed, click the goal name to view the goal.

   

    

Edit a Strategic Goal

1. Click Admin.
2. Click Manage Strategic Goals under Other Performance Configuration.
3. The Manage Strategic Goals tab will open. 

4. To edit a goal, click the Goal Name title.

   

5. The Edit Strategic Goal tab will open.
6. Edit the strategic goal information. The organization and parent goal are locked and not editable.
7. Click Save to confirm changes of the strategic goal. You will receive a confirmation message. If you need to cancel, click Cancel.

Deactivate a Strategic Goal

To deactivate a strategic goal, you will need to remove the association to the performance element(s) assigned to the template(s).

1. Click Admin.
2. Click Manage Strategic Goals under Other Performance Configuration.
3. The Manage Strategic Goals tab will open. 

4. Click on the Goal Name to edit the goal.

   

5. The Edit Strategic Goal tab will open.

6. Click Deactivate. Click Yes, Deactivate to confirm the action. You will receive a confirmation message. Click No, Cancel to cancel this action.

   

Activate a Strategic Goal

1. Click Admin.
2. Click Manage Strategic Goals under Other Performance Configuration.
3. The Manage Strategic Goals tab will open. 

4. Click Display Inactive Strategic Goals.

   

5. Click the inactive goal name title.

   

6. The Edit Strategic Goal tab will open.
7. Click Activate. 

8. To confirm action, click Yes, Activate. 

   

9. Click to confirm the action. You will receive a confirmation message. Click No, Cancel to cancel this action.
