The Strategic Goal Library permission allows administrators to create, search, edit, activate, and deactivate strategic goals for their assigned organization and any subordinate organizations.
All administrators can view the Strategic Goal Library, but only those with this permission can manage its content. Strategic goals in the library can be associated with templates and performance plans in the system, helping align organizational objectives with individual performance expectations.
To access the Strategic Goals page, go to Admin, then select Manage Strategic Goals under Other Performance Configuration. Clicking it opens the Manage Strategic Goals tab to view and manage your goals.
