If an administrator needs to establish a new strategic goal, they can do so by navigating to the Manage Strategic Goals tab. Once there, they will find an option labeled Create Strategic Goal. By clicking this option, the administrator can initiate the process of defining and setting up a new strategic objective, allowing them to effectively guide and align organizational efforts toward achieving key priorities. This feature provides a straightforward and accessible way for administrators to add and customize strategic goals within the system.
- The Create Strategic Goal tab will open.
Select the Organization this goal will be assigned to using the drop down.
Optional: Select the Parent Goal from the drop down to strategically align this goal with a parent goal.
Enter the Strategic Goal. There is a 1,000-character limit. The remaining character count will display beneath the text. To increase the textbox size for viewing, click the bottom right corner of the textbox and drag to larger size. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
Optional: Enter the Description. There is a 1,000-character limit. The remaining character count will display beneath the text.
Click Create Strategic Goal. You will receive a confirmation message. If you need to cancel, click Cancel.
