Performance Ratings App
The Performance Ratings app offers detailed reports on the ratings of non-SES/SP 1 employees, SP 2 employees, and executives, as well as the overall distribution of ratings across an agency. The following new report has been added to this app:
SP Performance Ratings Report: Provides an overview of summary and critical element ratings for Senior Professionals, detailing ratings across different Rating Levels and Organizational hierarchies. It also includes individual records for Senior Professional planholders, enabling detailed analysis of their performance ratings. The report is limited to data after FY 2025 based on guidance from the OPM Memorandum titled New Senior Professional Performance Appraisal System and Plan issued in support of Executive Order 14171, Restoring Accountability to Policy-Influencing Positions Within the Federal Workforce.
1. Non-SES/SP refers to employees in pay plans that are on or benchmarked to the GS pay system.
2. SP refers to Senior Professional employees on the new SP (formerly referred to as SL/ST) performance plans made available in the system.
