Performance Ratings App
The Performance Management app offers detailed reports on key employee metrics, such as the status of employee performance plans in the rating cycle, plans submitted to eOPF, and the membership and workloads of the Performance Review Boards. The following new report has been added to this app:
- SP Plan Activity and Progress Report (PAPR): Offers insight into the progress of SP performance plans1 throughout the performance year and facilitates informed decision-making within USA Performance. It includes detailed information on individual plans and organizational progress for targeted analysis.
