The Manage Non-SES Templates page lets administrators create, view, edit, assign, and manage performance plan templates for non-SES employees, ensuring standardized and compliant plans. Use Manage Templates to edit existing templates or continue working on a template from the Template Wizard.
- Click Admin.
Click Manage Non-SES Templates under Other Performance Configuration.
- The Manage Non-SES Templates page will open and defaults to display Templates I Can Edit in the top left corner. You can click one of the radio buttons listed below to adjust the templates that populate.
- Templates I Can Edit: This option will populate all templates you have privileges to edit. Administrators assigned to organizations with the Non-SES Templates permission can edit templates within their organization and subordinate organizations. You can edit a template by clicking on the name of the template. If the template is ready for assignment, you will need to click Edit Template to allow editing. You can also copy these templates and create your own for your organization and subordinate organizations.
- Templates I Can Assign to Employees: This option will populate all templates you have access to assign to employees within your purview. You can click on the templates to view them, but you may not be able to make edits to all the templates depending on their assigned organization. Templates cannot be assigned to employees until they are finalized. Templates ready to be assigned will be marked with a Yes in the Ready for Assignment column on the Performance Plan Templates page.
- All Templates: This option will populate all templates within your agency. You can click on the names of the templates to view them, but you may not be able to make edits to all the templates depending on their assigned organization.
