The Resources Page within USA Performance enables users to access agency-specific documents uploaded by their designated agency Points of Contact (POCs).
To access this page, from the Dashboard Page, click Resources from the navigation bar.
The page will open to the available agency specific resources in a table format.
From the Resource column, click the applicable document to download and open for review.
If you have elevated permissions as an Admin, you will be able to add additional resources by clicking Add Resource.
The Add Resource browser will open. The following fields are displayed:
- Choose File: Click Browse to select the file. Max file size is 4 MB (PDF, Word, and Excel Files Only).
- Organizations: This is a required field. Please select one or more organizations to make the document visible. This ensures the right organization have access and allows flexible sharing.
- Resource Type: Please select the appropriate resource type from the drop-down menu.
- Description. Provide a description of the document. The maximum character limit is 100.
- Comments: Please provide any additional comments or notes describing the document.
After completing all required fields, please click the Add Resource button. The document will display in the table.
